Australia has evolved over the past 50 years in a deliberate, planned and unique way whereby at least a minimum of 20% - 25% of Australian society must be kept at 3rd world level conditions. Maintaining this minimum over decades and across different governments is designed to keep a large percentage of the 75% with diverse opportunities to live off, and especially as a large population of public and private subsidised government bureaucracy. No one knows how many of the 75% live off the bottom –feeding 20+% and of course governments aren’t going to bother finding out, although with their vast resources including for example the Australian Bureau of Statistics and more than 35 universities it would be easy enough to do and perhaps between them they do know but of course will never put it in the public domain. Keep all of the mushrooms in the dark…! The political status quo clearly after decades, and particularly exhibited by the Howard coalition during the recent 10 years, (while interminably, as they will, insisting they have created an economic miracle -when in fact the miracles are China among others and as usual Australia gets a ride – cunningly manipulating job stats to make sure they match the rest of the propaganda), believes it is acceptable to fund maintaining one group of Australians – both black and white - in relative 3rd world equivalent status indefinitely while another group with extensive established supporting infrastructure – mainly white - can make careers out of living off them. This also includes the many religious and semi-religious so-called charities that the government funds either directly or through tax free status as solutions, however these bleeding-heart charitable organizations and empires also need the socioeconomic problem to remain and continue because without it they would have no reason to exist and no reason to get government funding. They would therefore have to shut down their money making parasitic industry and downsize Australia’s self-perpetuating insidious counterproductive bureaucracies. Therefore they are part of the conspiracy of networks and silence that allows this socioeconomic cleansing to continue indefinitely. It’s the result of a culture that has a bureaucracy mindset and its justification as a universal solution for everything, because so much of society understands little else after decades of government manipulation through propaganda. Brainwashed? Unwisely the majority of voters seem to persist in expecting the political status quo to come up with permanent solutions, when to ensure their survival these solutions are in reality parasites with no reason to solve anything but their own priorities which conflict with any permanent solution except the long-term eradication of this bottom-feeding expendable low-life as they see it as a drain on the rest of society, except insofar as they can live off these bottom-feeders. It also continues to stifle an appropriate entrepreneurial culture because this too would help eliminate the problem so cannot be encouraged to that extent. It’s also a crime against humanity more sophisticated and advanced than lining up people next to trenches and turning automatic weapons on them but as a first world nation its solution must of course be more sophisticated but the results are equivalent as the world beating suicide and other statistics indicate. Furthermore the unique Australian model is continually being designed to extend and maximise the diverse benefits that all forms of the established public and private bureaucracy can extract and use to live off but always at some one elses expense in human and financial capital terms. It is no coincidence they are forever inventing some sort of so-called solution and always getting government funding for it.

Their latest effort is the “Helping people back to work…” propaganda, while knowing full well Australia is not sufficiently economically diversified or entrepreneurial to have enough industry to supply the jobs (their propaganda is designed to avoid this and show the opposite) and also as one example, when 35 plus universities are marketing their services offshore (with government/Austrade subsidies) to foreign students using the opportunity to work up to 40 hours a week as an incentive to get around 200,000 foreign students to pay full fees to attend courses they are setting aside for them while denying locals. Obviously this is also designed to prop up a vast expensive network of universities (that also cannot and will not be downsized, which they well know and use to maintain their empires) and their bureaucracies as they are incapable of nation building wealth creation to support themselves. But their new propaganda while enriching their media mates for their propaganda apparatus is meant first and foremost to keep Howard’s little Hitlers in jobs. And as economically with unemployment supposedly (bureaucrats like ABS support bureaucrats so will manipulate and lie about stats etc) now at 5% or less from 15%, instead of downsizing bureaucracies like Centrelink and their Job Network equivalent mafia and reducing their budgets (an absolute no-no for Aussie bureaucrats), they have reinvented themselves instead and in the process created more activity generation by forcing their customers, the bottom-feeding scumbags, to produce increasingly more information and on a more regular basis. This, true to Parkinson’s Law, means they can maintain their parasitic empires and budgets and justify preventing being downsized and made bottom-feeding scumbags themselves. With this as the most likely result of any downsizing they will naturally as bureaucrats can only do, reinvent themselves and of course their equally corrupt networks. This is the real reason for why they created this new propaganda, because they could have been threatened by the obvious economic need to downsize but in fact they are growing which defies economic reason and of course is counterproductive in many ways, including wasting human resources but also diverting financial resources to prop up and perpetuate their existence as the corrupt career parasites they are.
Another example of schemes they cook up and how they can live off this 20+% is Howard and Costello using propaganda to encourage more Australians to have more children and with a baby bonus payment incentive of $4,000. But this is a trap to create more dependency that government can live off. There is already a problem with housing for all Australians because it is now unaffordable, particularly for this 20-25+%. Therefore having more children will make it even more unaffordable and because affordable rent properties are insufficient (and thanks to negative gearing tax shelters that Howard and Costello use to avoid taxes), if you are one of the 25+% then you and your children could become homeless. The politicians and their mandarins (including throughout the ATO) have a major conflict of interest in government because they can never create more equitable laws that will reduce or eliminate these economically inefficient tax shelters because they are personally maximizing their use for their own tax avoidance. Therefore they are also responsible for creating the unaffordable housing crisis and have been for decades. (The point is though what rational voter would keep on voting for these conflicted hypocrites and power hungry scumbag parasites? Created from having been misled into having more children by the Machiavellian gang of Howard and Costello, Abbott and the rest of their religious ilk. (They create havoc throughout society, call it nation building, then walk away with indexed pensions –some of them like Nairn, Fahey, Causley and others with 2 - and more.)Good old egalitarian OZ!
Government involvement in housing is counterproductive but is too entrenched now as another industry to be terminated let alone reduced. When the housing problem for these families who were brainwashed into producing more children becomes worse than it already is now, these same spineless mealy – mouthed politicians won’t be around and will likely be retired getting 2 incomes: One from their indexed life-long pension as ex-parliamentarians (for turning up in parliament to show what successful failures they are such as a foreign debt now of $650 billion and growing) and another from their lucrative new careers as consultants in law firms, UN jobs, WTO and the like.
No one is watching the watchers as usual and they know it, and like the Salvation Army’s recent $10 million fraud against the government nothing gets done about it while the bottom feeders are constantly exposed as committing fraud against the government (and to emphasise the value of this as propaganda for the government, the taxpayers as victims, which can conveniently be used as more propaganda to push their Australia ID Card etc) on a regular basis. The Salvation Army fraud and the fact no legal action has been taken is curious (but not surprising) given Howard and his cabinet of lawyers are forever dictating to the rest of us how vital the rule of law is to a “healthy” democracy. Curious (selective) logic, which is supposed to be one of the main foundations law is based on.
This government protection of deviant corporate crime by a trusted tax subsidized semi-religious charity only condones the criminal behavior and is basically rewarding it. But as in the wheat/AWB corruption and many other areas over many years, including when the corrupt labor party was in government, it shows government is criminal but immune from any accountability. More traits that government and their sycophants like to accuse others of as typical 3rd world activities. The moral of course is that Australia should clean-up its own house first. But with, in reality, a controlled media monopoly this can and is avoided by the media mafia. Hypocrites! Government’s always find some convenient vulnerable scapegoats to divert the public’s attention from frauds such as the Salvation Army and other government funded and promoted “solutions”. This socioeconomic problem and its maintenance has developed a unique and large nationwide network, which is an industry that cannot be dismantled because it is claimed as a solution by the political status quo and employs such large numbers of public and private bureaucracy that is unemployable elsewhere because of Australia’s historical inability to create sufficient diverse wealth creating industry. Australia continues to show that it can create a negative sum game outcome industry though and then crow about it as a success. What else would they do?
Successive governments and their expert advisers consider the ongoing multibillion dollar funding of this extensive public and private bureaucracy over decades is justified (naturally enough as they are all making careers out of it) and as a far superior return on investment than creating permanent wealth creating solutions for this wasted unrepresented human capital (or as referred to by this network of bureaucracy, the bottom-feeding scumbags). Except that is, its eventual creatively drawn out and gradual extermination or erasure from society, like rotten fruit dropping to the ground and bulldozed into trenches. Also a form of Genetic selection perhaps and therefore justifiable by any government little Hitler worth his or her salt.
Solution socioeconomic cleansing is being achieved! Unfortunately it is an industry in the same way the Nazis, and others, used the extermination of millions as an industry! Remarkably as people say, nothing like the nazi nightmare of extermination should ever happen again, the same patterns of inhuman behavior and abuse of others continues before their eyes. But of course they do not want to see what they do want to see.
Different societies in different stages of development, both economic and political, over time and depending upon the threat to the status quo, create their own unique versions and they can with the government propaganda apparatus like the gutless local media monopoly, manipulate the majority accordingly. (Remember who controls the media laws?) One of the ways they do that in a so-called democracy is to prevent resources ever getting to any potential source that could expose it, and them. (“Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely.”)
Obviously after decades this is the kind of government and country Australian’s prefer and what the political status quo and their embedded mandarins in particular are able to use and manipulate to their ongoing best advantage to remain in power and control. Promoting themselves as ongoing solutions to such socioeconomic problems they have in fact created, and continuing to make careers off it over decades.
It is a cop-out of course but at the expense of an unrepresented expendable 20%-25% which is also maintained as a disorganized minority, but this is also a deliberate strategy perpetuated by successive governments. The overall result mainly and in the final analysis, of too much unaccountable corrupt government and too many universities. An alliance and use of vast resources which has clearly been a formula for increasingly dividing Australia into two distinct countries while avoiding wealth creation among other things, which is the only superior egalitarian solution. The Australian legal profession seems to always be involved in one way or another and for example it is no coincidence that when the Howard cabinet running government and the nation and is made up entirely of lawyers,(more or less into the ground over the long-term, which is comparable to the labor party’s efforts) made up the new IR laws without any proven published economic justification, the legal profession as designers of the laws have made certain they will get the most work from it. This means the Howard government has a conflict of interest in creating such laws as they are clearly designed to benefit the Australian legal profession. Of course governments understand, even if the majority don’t, that psychologically Australians are going to go along with the governments claimed solutions and propaganda, because in the final analysis they are responsible for electing these corrupt governments. To not go along with these governments means voters must admit they have been suckered. Australians will therefore avoid owning up to being duped so they go along with government.
These highly developed and secretive alliances have evolved into entrenched layers of corrupt vested interests all dependent on capturing and retaining at any cost and indefinitely some portion of the vast billions of growing government revenue. (Living off the bottom – feeders is now an industry that cannot be dismantled. Its creators are capable of anything and will go to any lengths to ensure it, and they, survive. Australia’s unique socioeconomic cleansing model has evolved to ensure they survive but as usual at the expense of others.)But, while creating the nations biggest foreign debt in history! So just who benefits from the constant government propaganda about the need for rule of law? Lawyers and bureaucrats obviously of course! And their entrenched political sponsors!
