Coonan Minchin Howard Perpetuate Protecting Media Oligarchs


Australia has a history of failing to innovate and commercialise unique opportunities and there is no better example than in digital convergence broadband and interactive Digital TV. There are two reasons for the perpetuation of this failure. One is the dictatorship of entrenched insidious and corrupt bureaucracy and two is its dominance by the Australian legal profession as politicians. Neither is capable of wealth creation as they have dominance and control of governments to enrich themselves. This culture means there is no need for these parasites to make decisions that will change the status quo and subject them to attack by entrenched stakeholders such as the old analog media monopoly. Coonan Howard and Minchen and their sycophantic dual career path paving mandarins are perfect examples of so-called leaders making sure publicly owned assets like TV spectrum are used economically inefficiently to prevent unprecedented public interest benefits while making sure an entrenched media monopoly including select politically aligned advertising media buyers, are propped up and protected from competition. It is no coincidence they are all lawyers and it is no coincidence Australia has a history of perpetuating the economic inefficiencies of the tyranny of the status quo.They do not know what diversity is and therefore media diversity and clear proof of that and if they were capable of logic, would have to require asking why John Howard among others, has been in the cocoon of federal politics for 4 decades and why an electorate would keep one person in that status for that period. Logic points to the illogic of Australian voters, who obviously no very little if anything about diversity, which makes it easier for the likes of Howard and his ilk to manipulate.
Expecting traditionally gutless risk averse public (government) or private bureaucrats (lawyers)and mandarins to make decisions that are economically valuable to the nation and of public interest benefit is an oxymoron and as history proves time and time again by now. If they could make such risky and economically valuable decisions then logically they wouldn’t be bureaucrats. These parasites have a history of avoiding risk but disguising it as economically valuable and efficient decision making asthey enrich themselves at every opportunity, missed, lost or otherwise. They don’t know what it means but dangerously and as T3 Telstra and iDTV prove they and their lickspittle mandarins and advisers reckon they do.
They have destroyed Australia’s potential in many areas over decades but most importantly in new digital technologies and including ICT and software, which corrupt self-serving massively funded government bureaucracies have sold out. How have they sold-out your ICT industry, including broadband and iDTV? Simple! To keep their massive corrupting budgets and empires and grow them they persist in creating new multi billion dollar ICT projects that they claim are solutions. These projects are then outsourced thru the likes of intermediaries like IBM, Accenture and others to India and offshore capabilities. (We are not knocking India here. They had the vision and the guts to identify and develop some unique opportunities that once again Australia, the deluded dipshit “clever country”, could not and did not. And still can’t!) Now the banks and Telstra among others are doing the same. But remember you voted for these scumbags and therefore their mandarins and you and your children will have to pay for the $650 billion plus foreign debt these self-serving gutless parasites have dumped on you.Coonan and Howard and their spineless yes minister party Luddites and their lickspittle ag mafia establishment statistics are not interested in public interest benefits of digital convergence and one of the reasons is they are ignoramuses being directed by Howard and the media vested interests intent on protecting their old assets and their market values but also because these gutless wonders as your leaders do not want to comprehend what digital convergence is and its economic imperatives and benefits. Telstra is more a part of iDTV because of infinite bandwidth fibre than terrestrial analog spectrum converted to digital but these gutless bozos either don’t know that or are too spineless to expose themselves as dumbos on the subject. This of course means Trujillo and his yankee amigos can tell Australians the greatest line of bullshit to match the trough feeding potentials they are now tapped into, thanks to him. As they are now doing with 3G! Accenture it should be noted is now a Telstra trough feeder. They used to be called Arthur Anderson up until a few years ago but felt the need to morph to Accenture when they were exposed as being the main contributors to the collapse of Enron. They continued on without missing a consultancy step. How Trujillo and Accenture hooked up to tap into Telstra would be an interesting story and no doubt when Trujillo and the gang of spruikers flogging T3 walk away with their millions, including some of their newfound Aussie mates like McGauchie and others, they will have used Telstra’s trough to pave their own career paths. That’s how this network operates and as thousands get made redundant as these geniuses “build” or hold Telstra together for long enough to get fat, millions more including SME’s are paying billions for shit service and a lot more. The lifetime of CEO’s across listed companies is now averaging less than 4 years, so that means they must milk their positions to the maximum and that means bullshitting you to the max.You all have Coonan, Howard and Minchin (all lawyers) to thank for this currently but it goes way back to the labor party mafia boof-heads also. Expect Minchin and Coonan to announce their departure from politics shortly “for family reasons” and other such mealy mouthed bullshit. Expect mandarin and media mouthpiece Coonan to be rewarded for perpetuating the media status quo with say a position as Ambassador in Europe or the US or something similar. Minchin likewise and for contributing to the destruction of over $20 billion of Telstra shareholder value. And they will both get indexed pensions for life out of their Future Fund that you funded.
And many of the things they are doing to push the sale of T3 are supposed to be illegal for everyone else but notice the ASIC mandarins are keeping quiet and low. Bureaucrats taking care of bureaucrats!These people are either digital convergence illiterate or are simply supporting their analog media monopoly oligarch mates so they in turn can maintain the value of their monopoly assets. It would be safe to say both!
Once again you can do something about these economically inept parasites and support a new party that will establish an Economic Bill of Rights. Or would you rather just keep on eating their self-serving mealy mouthed propaganda? Wake up for christs sake! Don’t you understand their whole purpose in life is to fuck you over any way they can and while enriching themselves to make sure they have you under their control. For that they will tell you anything and especially anything they know you want to hear. What they are doing right now to push T3 onto you is a perfect example of propaganda but you bozo are paying for it and although they have cost you over $20 billion already from T2 and so on.
