For Australia’s small army of corrupt profligate unaccountable mandarins and their army of rank and file bureaucrats keeping their empires rolling along is easy. The latest multimillion dollar advertising campaign promoting government “initiatives” to “get people back into work” is more propaganda the majority pays for to be manipulated and brainwashed. The self-perpetuating continually-being-recycled-and-reinvented Centrelink and the Jobs Network career scumbags are all in on this as yet another one of their endless schemes to protect their budgets and empires and in fact grow both. TAFE has gotten in on the act and it is clear as a vast web of incestuous bureaucracy that couldn’t even identify a clear and potential skills shortage that they have been rewarded for their failure yet again (anything to keep the bureaucrats and assorted parasites employed) by claiming one of their solutions is getting everyone over 50 to do a high school certificate. How convenient and a nice coincidence! Real nation building vision! A vast hugely expensive entrenched bureaucracy, including a Bureau of Statistics, 35 plus universities and many other assorted directly or indirectly government funded entities and something as simple as predicting a skills shortage as a national imperative is beyond them. Proof once again that these are all simply empires within empires protecting their own empires and budgets for their own self-serving purposes and careers. An Economic Bill of Rights gives the majority control over this army of parasites that is obviously something they will fight to resist, because it makes the scumbags more accountable. And it should come as no surprise that these pigs will always insist Australian’s do not need a Bill of Rights or heaven forbid, an Economic Bill of Rights.Logically this vast web of parasites needs a critical mass of dependent unrepresented socioeconomic swill to ensure they survive, keep their jobs, empires and careers forever. But the majority it seems is still, after decades unable to figure this out. And how about the career mandarin parasite in Treasury, Mr. Ken Henry, and his mates, pontificating about the global economy? Now true to form and type they are cooking up another empire and budget growing scheme to get to your children’s minds while in preschool. (Your were forewarned because we raised something like this some time ago.) Always designed to maintain the 2 laws of Aussie bureaucracy! But at your expense. Get out there and mix it some time bureaucratic arseholes and find out what it’s like outside the protection of the corrupt mandarin mafia. They won’t of course because they have their vast empires and budgets to live off and that are in the last analysis unaccountable and nowhere near transparent. The majority should be watching the Cole inquiry report into the AWB wheat corruption. You can be sure no one is going to end up in jail over it because they are all mandarins and ex –mandarins and politicians. You can also be sure the gutless Packer and Murdoch media content producers won’t touch this subject and certainly not when the “new media laws” are a volatile work in progress. This is the collection of scumbags the Australian majority votes into government over and over again. And why institutionalized corruption like the AWB takes root in the first place. Centrelink bureaucrats and their mates across the Jobs Network including the religious free-loaders and socioeconomic parasites (who also need this critical mass of socioeconomic victims to exist forever if their empires are to survive), disguised as charities and assorted do-gooders like Mission Australia, Salvation Army, St. Vincents and whatever many of the others call themselves and which get tax relief authorization from the ATO and government which is an added incentive for them to make sure the socioeconomic problems remain. This is all part of their decades old ruse to tap into taxpayer’s money and build their corrupt empires off of a socioeconomic problem that must remain a problem for them to keep it all rolling, like Centrelink, to maximise their empires, and get humbug Howard to transfer billions from government to their corrupt coffers. Howard has been their biggest windfall for years and they are milking it for all its worth. And the majority haven’t even remotely figured it out?
Howard meanwhile wouldn’t have a clue what the mandarins are doing except as long as they maintain the status quo. And don’t they know it as they have probably never had so many opportunities handed to them in the past decade to grow their budgets and entrench themselves like never before. Whether it’s Centrelink growing despite unemployment declining from 15% to below 5%, according to Howard and his cronies of course; or the Australia ID Card thanks to another transient political pigs like Joe Hockey and his mandarins; terrorism and the mandarins’ endless claims for the need to strengthen security (while they build their empires and destroy democracy with unprecedented big brother surveillance at the majorities expense), and so on. They all have one thing in common. And that’s to keep the two most important laws for any Aussie bureaucrat alive and growing, and the majority in the dark about IE:Do anything and everything possible to get a budget and then do whatever is needed to increase that budget. Always spend a budget even if it means squandering it and never under any circumstances give back one dollar of any budget once achieved. The empires must grow at any cost.

(See elsewhere across our blogs and tax-free days.)The majority of Australians are obviously in the dark about all of this and probably because one, they prefer it that way as reality is too hard to handle and two, they have been so brainwashed for so long with the ever present support of the media status quo mates of the government. Howard of course after 40 years in politics knows nothing else and believes he is Australia’s leader and by now has, thanks to his media oligarch mates like Packer and Murdoch, the majority of Australians believing it also as he runs around full of shit and spraying it all over the place while the majority unthinkingly eat it up as usual. Beazley of course is the default alternative and solution and is the last one standing of a corrupt lousy lot. So much for diversity!How close are these political parasites to the media oligarchs, and that includes the corrupt labor party mafia? They all go way back and anyone who looks at just one relationship such as with the Packer empire should not be surprised that the Packer empire has been the biggest beneficiary of the Howard and Coonan “new media laws”.
That the political status quo is loyal to the Packer empire is not difficult to prove (all political power needs a propaganda apparatus to maintain that power) so the latest “new media laws” produced by Howard and Coonan are to say the least dramatically lacking in priorities for economic efficiency and the nations long-term public interest benefit. And who gives a hoot about costs? Well no Aussie mandarin, politician and bureaucrat that’s for sure.
Over the years there are members of parliament from the liberal/coalition and the labor party mafia that have had close relationships with the media monopoly while in government and also after retiring from government. After these political parasites retire and on one or more indexed pensions for life, they have been put on the Packer payroll directly or indirectly for a range of jobs from short to long term. Some of the recent names for example and that go back a way, would be Malcolm Turnball MP who has accumulated about $50 million in wealth because of his employment with the Packer empire and then his business relationships, and in true banana republic style bought a seat in government. Then there is the labor party mafia pig, ex senator Graham Richardson as a radio broadcaster for the Packer empire and who hooked up with the CBD mafia stock broker crowd and accumulated millions from what looks like insider trading and payoffs. He has been under investigation by ASIC, your stock market regulator, for about 10 years now for having a stash of cash in Switzerland. Obviously ASIC doesn’t have the backbone to put Richardson in jail where the devious bastard belongs breaking rocks. ASIC has been waffling about this case for about 10 years as we said and obviously they are hoping it will gradually fade away from public awareness and they won’t have to drag these scumbags into court and have the political status quo exposed for what it is. (Worse than the AWB wheat mafia for example.) They all hang together to protect one another from hanging alone.
Another member of parliament is Andrew Robb who was the CEO of a data collecting computer company Axciom owned by the Packers and it makes money out of collecting and selling data about citizens and companies to anyone who pays. A private big brother that the majority yet again seems to be oblivious to and what it means. Before you know it this Packer employee magically has a position in the Howard government and is now a cabinet member. All of this happened during a time when the “new media laws” were being designed by the Howard government. So the media oligarchs and the Packer empire in particular had more than one of their own in cabinet making sure the “new laws” benefited them. The powers of groupthink! They had enough in Howard’s cabinet of course to dominate it and outcomes. And blow me down if it hasn’t turned out that way. What a remarkable coincidence! Most of the majority of Aussies probably wouldn’t even know his name? Wake up time folks! These mangy hyenas live off the Packer scraps and their own reliable political failures. The corrupt mandarins go along for the ride and make careers out of it.The list could continue but to say that the political status quo is not connected to Packer is a blatant piece of government propaganda. And therefore handing Packer free digital spectrum worth billions (maybe $5 billion currently) about 10 years ago and then designing “new media laws” that mainly benefit the Packer empire whereby they quickly were able to do a deal that made them another $4 or $5 billion overnight last month is no surprise, except the majority who rely almost totally for their views and thinking on the same media machine are less than fully informed about it all. No? You mean they don’t give us diversity of opinion? How is this possible? Blah, blah, blah! So why do the majority even vote? The power of brainwashing!
And clearly the majority of Australians like getting what they believe is entertainment but in reality is mainly propaganda, from a bunch of nameless faceless corrupt obsequious bureaucrats and mandarins ruled over by some failed conveyancing-clerk technology illiterate and mandarin and media mafia mouthpiece cow as a political transient here one day and gone the next, more concerned about their mortgages, protecting the status quo and their next government funded scam to milk, while the majority suck it up as Aussie culture. Senator Coonan is, and her cadre of flunkey mandarins would be, not only ignorant about most things long-term digital and digital economics as they have so thoroughly proven to date, but also about its influence on nation building. They will continue to expend vast resources to deliver to the majority what they the status quo and their media mates choose to deliver regardless of the short to long term economic costs to the majority including SME’s and the nation. But of course these career parasites will use the failures they create to perpetuate themselves creating more inferior and spineless solutions. It seems the majority is happy with this! And it matches Australia’s history of having failed to create new industry and new wealth especially in the area of ICT over the past 50 years. It’s no coincidence that it correlates with growth in government and numbers of lawyers, including in government and true to form Howard and Coonan are living up to expectations while the majority keep rewarding it by voting for it. Unfortunately however voting the labour party mafia as a solution is not a solution but in fact the opposite. Clever country indeed! While the BCA or Business Council of Australia moans and groans about the fact Australia “really” should be doing something about its lack of innovation, which is an endless tape of the same excuses they recycle year after year for decades already.
What has this alliance of status quo vested interests cost the majority and the nation? A $650 billion foreign debt for starters. A vast complex dictatorship of profligate devious bureaucracy that spruiks competition, economic efficiency and productivity but has no idea what it means in terms of government as they strive by any means fair or foul to maintain the tyranny of the status quo empires and budgets. When they need to spruik free market causes they latch onto any convenient excuse and academic but only when it serves their dual purpose of promoting competition while simultaneously and resolutely denying it to ensure their dual career paths are well paved. The majority created these scumbag hypocrites and dictators and the economically inefficient media and propaganda apparatus to go with it. . And after all the majority will pay for the $650 billion foreign debt while these parasites live off their one or more indexed pensions complements of their Future Fund funded by the majority and now not by coincidence a chunk of Telstra, which has got to be a heist that any third world country governments would be in awe of. But would ABC or SBS do revealing “investigative” reports on it? You must be joking because they are part of it in one way or another! And really who gives a damn whether Maxine Mckew flies to mars and back on a broomstick, which is what the media status quo content producers believe the majority considers it is a priority. Diversity of opinion! If the majority understood they could have universal free or near free multichannel iDTV that includes what they now pay for for FoxTel, Austar and a multibillion dollar ABC/SBS public funded digital TV infrastructure that is only being 5% used, then they wouldn’t have to put up with such irrelevancies. Wake up folks, you’re already paying for what you are being denied while the status quo cruises at status quo speed. Time to pull the chain!
Howard and Coonan and their nameless faceless corrupt mandarins have had many opportunities to deliver state-of-the-art iDTV to all Australians but they have consistently avoided them and made sure the media mafia gets everything they want. SO much for your government prioritizing public interest benefits! Of course one of the easiest ways to have got iDTV off to a flying start was and still is, to make sure a 4th purely digital broadcast TV network is switched on and in fact it could be done within 6 months and using the secretive digital infrastructure your corrupt ABC and now SBS it looks like and you aren’t going to hear about it from these 2 media bureaucracies (notice the pattern? none of the media mafia will expose the media mafia and that’s how they keep their show on the road while the majority get fed propaganda), have built for themselves at your expense to the tune of a billion dollars plus and is only being 10 % used. A 4th iDTV network would force the protected analog media mafia to compete or get buried. But what has happened? Howard and Coonan and the mandarins have banned a 4th DTV license. Well to hell and back with these self-serving scumbags because as a democracy you have the right and power to make sure a 4th iDTV license is issued. But of course the likes of the media mafia will have to be restricted from participating because like Murdoch and Packer did with Telstra and FoxTel, and with the help of your sleazebag government, they will do everything possible to prevent it, as they have been doing, with the support of government, and the silence of the opposition government, for at least 10 years already. The economic costs to date of this government and media mafia alliance is enormous and is basically another transfer of public wealth to Packer and Murdoch, Stokes and the handful of their media oligarch mates. The media mafia! Probably 50% or less of this economic cost over 10 years could be enough to build the worlds leading 4th iDTV system. But the majority is not going to have all of this explained to them through the media networks owned by the media mafia! Surprise, surprise dumbo! Which is another reason to have a 4th iDTV license and network and uniquely accessible to the public.(We can’t explain as this is potentially unique IP, which means it could also be yet another export earner from iDTV. If only!)Once again the majority is being kept in the dark by the media monopoly propaganda apparatus and fucked over by the corrupt counterproductive tyranny of the status quo dictatorship. It’s worth noting that the lousy labor party mafia has latched onto the possibility that iDTV and broadband could be vote getters. Well it’s only taken these rat-up-a-drain-pipe arseholes over 10 years to figure it out, but of course they have their loyalty to the media mafia to protect also. However we aren’t sure they have figured out one needs the other or, one can destroy the other. That is, once everyone has infinite bandwidth bb then their old FTA-TV media mafia mates are history. The sooner the better! Bury the bastards along with the bureaucracy. Universal iDTV! Bring it on now!Coonan, Howard and their spineless boot licking dual career mandarins, the likes of ACMA, ACCC and yes even the Productivity Commission, are an expensive failure in terms of iDTV because they are costing the majority a fortune while making sure the status quo is always maintained. That’s one of the main reasons they have made some laws to let foreign ownership of media become possible in February 2007. It’s another way of bailing out the old media mafia oligarchs and their empires that have collectively blocked iDTV to you and that digital is now catching up with at a pace they can’t deal with. Voila! Open the foreign investment floodgates and which is what your corrupt government has now done. But it still does not deliver 4iDTV to you. Only you now have the power to make that happen. And remember the corrupt labor party mafia failures created Howard and his equally corrupt (like AWB among others) tyranny. That is to say (once again) that if you vote for the labor party mafia to get rid of Howard, you will be rewarding them for creating the corrupt Howard coalition dictatorship. Individually and collectively all this expensive cohort of politicians and bureaucrats has achieved is to maintain Australia as a nation that can only adopt and adapt technologies from other countries. In fact there are a lot of researchers overseas in important fields that avoid Australia because they know it has become a bit of a backwater over the years thanks to lawyers as politicians and their self-perpetuating infrastructure of mandarins and bureaucrats, growing their counterproductive empires and budgets as their first priority. Maybe you reckon this is bullshit? No way, it’s straight from the horses mouth. “A bit of a backwater!”The majority has a choice of course but also of course don’t seem to comprehend (thanks to the power of brainwashing and a propaganda apparatus dressed up as a media monopoly) that they need to maybe at some time exercise that choice to protect their shaky democracy and its lack of free speech, Which by the way we intend testing to the very limits. But as von Mises said decades ago, “Democracy isn’t a treasure to be enjoyed without struggle.” And no doubt the majority might say, Who is von Mises anyway, give us mealy mouthed propaganda spruiking devious Howard any-day? Australian government is not about nation building (how could it be when a vast expensive cohort can’t even figure out a skill shortage possibility), but is first and foremost about vested interests maintaining power and control over the majority and by any means possible.
