The Prime Minister of Australia, John Howard, has one or more of his children permanently employed as interns in the White House thanks to George Bush, therefore this is a payoff that has personally influenced his decisions about sending Aussies to Iraq, Afghanistan and so on. It is a massive conflict of interest that he and his cabinet shoe shine boys, and girls, are using to have Aussies get killed and to put Australia’s security at risk, which if it wasn’t before it is now already. This is why this mealy mouthed weasel remains loyal to Bush.
Howard has been wrapped in the isolated and protected cocoon of Australian politics and the political status quo for so long he can’t tell the difference been outright payoffs and corruption and the role of politicians as elected representatives of the people. And obviously reckons the majority of Aussies can’t either. This is also why nothing will be done to politicians and bureaucrats over AWB and why the US grain growers are being dissuaded from taking legal action and more over Australia’s massively corrupt and unethical wheat trading and so on. The Bush government keeps them at bay for his good mate John and his jobs for John’s family scheme in the White House as interns and to learn the ropes about how to perpetuate a dynasty and manipulate the majority. You call this government by the people for the people? It’s a dynasty in the making? A dangerous pack of jokers though!It also explains his claim to being Bushes deputy sheriff and as he props up many corrupt governments throughout the region and wonders why the people they claim to govern (with the help of the corrupting influence of billions of dollars of AusAid and other government assistance over decades and the corruption starts in the Australian government in this regard as the mandarins protect decades old empires) are in revolt as he sends more Aussies to protect the people but in fact to protect the status quo. Howard and his boot licking propaganda peddling yes minister front and back benchers know all about protecting the status quo.
